Always great food here. Everything is fresh and super flavorful. Highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite Pot Belly's. They're very respectful and thoughtful. I don't eat meat, and as soon as I told them, they cleaned the counter, changed their gloves, got clean knives from the back, and were very aware of my needs as they prepared my meal. And I've been to restaurants where people have done that for me begrudgingly, but this crew was so happy to help me out and extremely friendly. I love coming back here because it reminds me of my old NIU days, and mainly because of their five star service and food.

Best sandwich shop in dekalb. Excellent quality cheeses and meats. A little pricey for what you get but you deserve to treat yourself yes?! The soups are also very tasty. My favorite is the black bean when They have it. They have Zapps chips as well as some Frito lay varieties for a little crunch. Staff are very friendly and efficient the wait is never too long. Wheelchair accessible and free parking.

The staff at this location is SO NICE! My boyfriend decided to try a new soup and asked the worker how the soup was, but the worker hadn't had it yet. Well my boyfriend loved the soup and went back to the counter to tell the worker how good it was and the worker talked to him for a few minutes. It was a great experience!! The worker also recommended the broccoli cheddar soup for me, and it was so good I came back the next day to have it again ????
