    Stopped here on our way down to Cadiz, Ky. and was very pleasantly surprised.
    Food was great prices even better

    Very inexpensive! Food tastes great, portions were on the smaller side comparable to IHOP or Denny's (with regards to portion) but size matched price? I guess. Waitress was friendly. Cute farm house vibe. If I stayed in the area again, I'd consider this place. Portions could improve. But nice cozy diner.

    Been stopping here for years and won't quit! The coffee is fresh, the staff is attentive, and the shop inside is neat! They've got great prices on breakfast or lunch, and lots of room if you have a large family ????????

    I really enjoyed this little cafe. Its small and personal, with very nice wait staff. The food was great and they offered breakfast all day. Service was quick and food came out fast. I would recommend the Hen House.

    The Sunday special, Pork Roast and Dressing with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and yeast rolls, was absolutely delicious!

    We specifically go for this particular Sunday special when they have it!

    The dressing is home made, not stove top from a box. The pork roast was incredibly tender.

    The also have a wonderfully delicious breakfast.

    Don't forget to call ahead on Sundays to see what the special is Dorothy the day.
