(October 24, 2018, 6:22 pm)Normally, I would recommend this location. I love Panera bread. However, the last two time I have ordered from here, I have been disappointed. This past weekend, I had a house full of people. We ordered and picked up the order from the Addison location. About 1/3 of our food was missing when we got home, even after the "checker" went through the bags twice! They had to deliver the rest of the food, but it took another hour and there was no apology. The guy who delivered said "I couldn't find your house." Another occasion, today, I waited about 25 minutes for a Rapid Pickup order (guaranteed in 8 minutes). Yes, they were busy, but a lot of other patrons, who were below my name on the "Preparing" list received their orders before I did. VERY disappointing. I will think twice before ordering next time from this location.

(October 8, 2018, 5:25 pm)SHARI is THE best! Hands down! I placed online order and as I was in the final payment stage; website kept telling me that they "can't process my order right now". I called right at 11:45 AM (mind you a MONDAY on top of all things), she was super friendly and professional, took my order over the phone and assured me that I can pick up in 15 min tops! Amazing experience in time of "crisis" (as the owner of our company was in for a visit)
