Culver's

It's new in the area, the other one is at least 20mins away. So I like the location. I've only recently started eating from Culver's myself, I usually just go to grab my lady a vanilla malt from them, she loves those. I tried the food a few times at the other location, which is okay, but this visit I tried their spicy chicken sandwhich from this location and it was delicious. The quality of the meat was top notch. Fresh and crispy it was enough to make me want to go back for another before work Monday.

Opened it few more months ago and we finally tried this location. Enjoying the fare, yet staff training and timing of the food delivery was a work in progress. We'll be back.

Went to the York Rd location in Elmhurst this evening. This is a new store so went to check it out (I usually go to the Lombard location) they were busy so staff was not very organized . My order was take out I was standing across from the counter and the server didn't notice the number. Will give it another chance at a later date. Have always been very satisfied with the food and service in the past.

Went around 5pm and it was very busy. With that being said, they did an excellent job of taking care of customers in the drive through (line was wrapped around the building)and those dining in. To be honest, my wait time was less there (remember this is a newly trained staff and it was super busy), vs that at the older locations on a slow day! The food was perfectly cooked and the staff were welcoming and friendly. My 6 year old was so happy that he gave one of the employees a hug. They made our little family outing such a pleasant one. Great customer service across the board and because of this, we will now frequent this location.
