White Castle

I typically go to the White Castle located by the corner of Army Trail Rd & Swift, in Addison. But, I must admit, I am very glad I chose to go to this location instead. Customer service was 100%. There were couple errors tag occurred on the White Castle app with my order, but the lady cleared those up immediately and got my order ready right away! The amount of care & "enthusiasm" behind her customer service was a "breath of fresh air", per se.

This location will, now, be my go to spot vs my norm.

It's a mixed bag with my review. On the one hand, I absolutely love White Castle!! I love Jalapeno Cheese Burgers!! I can nearly eat a crave case alone in one night if I'm in the mood!! But unfortunately we've had a couple of experiences with this location that have curtailed the frequency of our visits to this location. It's only about 4 minutes away but we've decided to go with stopping at another location if we're near it or just skip it the last couple of months. The issue was basically the quality of the product itself. The onion rings weren't good anymore, the buns on some of the burgers tasted a little stale and one of our shakes just tasted off. And when a Crave Case is like $27 and the total bill is pushing close to $35 for fast food I want it to be decent and fresh. When it wasn't we decided to take a break from this location, which is a pain because it is really close to our house!! Hopefully it will improve and we can return to this location soon!
