Denny's

First time visiting this Denny's and we had a great experience! Nayelli R. was our server and right from the start she was great. We had our 7 month old daughter with us and Nayelli went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I was trying to make a bottle for my daughter and she offered to fill it up herself instead of watching me struggle trying to pour water in from my glass lol. She was super friendly and not once did I have to ask for a refill or anything - she was on top of it.

I came in this Sunday lunch, my family and I waited more than a half hour for our food which really isn't why I'm writing this review. We have been to this location before and had decent to not good service but today we had a treat and that was our server, Nayelli. My family and I didn't even have to ask for refills, sauces, boxes or even the check she was on top of everything even it being a Sunday morning juggling tables she did not even write a single order down , my family and I were watching here for entertainment she not once got any order wrong! If I come back to this location again it's not for the food, it will be for her service! A thank you to you, Nayelli!

I came on Friday noon...I found horrible management...Very slow service, orders get mixed up. Poor communication between employees,...etc

Update: Management has tremendously improved in this restaurant, the new manager is a wonderful person who goes above and beyond to help everyone. I am truly impressed of the 180-degree U-turn!

Believe it or not it was really good. much better than I remember it being. I would have given 5 stars but to much confusion going on with the newer people working there. The older employees had to take on more. Made the wait time a little longer. but over all good food, decent prices, friendly wait staff. Would definitely go back.
