Chiba Japanese Restaurant

I became good friends with the owners of Chiba after eating regularly at their establishment on my lunch breaks. I have been delighted to watch them grow and keep the consistent and impeccable attention to quality food and detail they had when they first opened. Their friendly attitude and amazing food will always bring me fond thoughts and I always have something good to say with each visit, which is hard to say about many other restaurants I’ve frequented. I appreciate the time and effort they put forth to provide their patrons with an amazing experience.

The husband and I always check out new sushi places when we are on the road...and this one was great! ...we don't go crazy with the raw fish and all...but the sushi we had was great...and the pot stickers were even better! ...we also had some hibachi...and the filet mignon chunks were cooked perfectly! ...would definitely recommend ;) ...thank you!

Love this place. Service is amazing and the sushi looks like art work and taste amazing. I wish I worked near enough to go for the lunch special, what a great deal!

Best sushi in the greater Chicago area. We’ve tried multiple places in the city and have found this place to be hands down the best. I have work in the suburbs and every time I travel that direction, I have to get Chiba takeout on the way home. My wife and I have eaten in many times as well and we look forward to the “treat” when we’re out that way! Service is excellent and the food is even better. Keep up the great work Chiba!

Very modern decor and has a nice ambiance. I like coming here and having dinner. Their hibachi is fresh and one plate can serve two people. The sushi was also tasty and was presented very well.
