Food was really good. Cooked perfectly. Service was quick and very nice. Little pricey but not bad at all. A lot more kids eating their than I thought but would come again.
I would have enjoyed giving a 5 star because the steaks and sides and drinks are the best in the area! The service has always been spot on, until last night. My wife and I finished a great dinner and when we reached 20ft into parking lot, someone had forgotten their to go box. I went back in and straight to the table, that was already cleaned off. I asked for my waitress thinking it maybe off to the side, but was told it was already thrown away. No biggie, things happen. A host told me to wait 30 seconds and don’t go, so I waited, and waited. Finally a manager walks and asks if I need anything. I told her a host told me to wait here because of the forgotten food that was tossed. The manager asked how long ago we left and was the food on a plate or container to go. As I tell her about a minute ago, she interrupts with saying well what do you want. I was just hoping to get the forgotten steak I say. She asks again a bit to stern for me, what do you want. Her condescending tone wasn’t needed and I started to leave. The manager attempted to write something on the back of a business card, however, that means I would have to return. That’s most likely not going to happen, it’s bummer because we absolutely enjoy Carrabba’s. A bad taste left but not with the food.
Kevin was great. Very nice and clean. Ordered a bottle of wine with our bread and oil. Pasta dishes were very good but passed on dessert.
Man, we had a great meal there on Christmas Eve! Actually, we had 4 great meals. Every one of them was better than expected! Great staff in a comfortable atmosphere as well. Nice drink selection too.
Have always enjoyed the Carrabba's restaurant franchises. I have eaten here on the East Coast, Southern and now in the Midwest. All offer many of the same entrees and the food is authentic Italian fresh cooking. I have never had a bad meal or poor service. Have visited on week days and weekends and have never had to wait. I absolutely would recommend giving the Carrabba's a try if you haven't yet. This is a moderately priced franchise and worth every penny and I assure you will not leave feeling hungry. I truly hope you give them a try you won't be disappointed. Bone appetite!
