Los Dos Mexican Cuisine

Great authentic Mexican food in Downers Grove. There are plenty of options around for Mexican, and this is one of the good ones. I’m glad my friend decided to take me here for lunch. The inside seating is minimal but still we got a table. The prices are on the higher end for something like this, but you do get great food. The steak quesadillas are amazing.

The location is not the best but if you are in the area, give this place a shot.

Love, love this place. I get excited every time they have tamales. Great for lunch or dinner or snacking. Always quick, even when busy, service with a smile, and they love their regulars. Truly a family establishment

Amazing food, amazing staff. Never once had a bad meal here, everyone here is super friendly, feels like you're in their home when eating there. Highly recommend.

This is quality food and friendly service. I alternate between their various tacos and the steak torta, but their daily specials are tasty and unique. Their food is prepared in an open kitchen so you get to see the food prepared. Their salsas are fantastic. I like the red for chips and green on the meats. Closed on Mondays! I've made that mistake several times and remember their schedule now. I highly recommend getting Los Dos into your lunch or dinner schedule.

Honestly, there is no better place in the area for Mexican. Awesome specials, we check them every time we ponder going out to eat. A small but excellent menu. The rice bowls are the secret star, just an excellent balance of tastiness.
