(March 16, 2019, 5:20 pm)El Gran Agave a beautiful hidden jem in Lisle. The inside decor is so unique the owners have put a lot of detail into its western theme from the seating to wall decor to the barrel bar. The margaritas AMAZING try the blue Bonita! The food is quality and portions are big. They don’t skim from ambience to meal. I have enjoyed the experience every time I have gone to El Gran Agave!

(December 28, 2018, 5:02 am)My wife and I stopped in after a Christmas party to wind down the evening with a couple of drinks. We were impressed. The decor is attractive and the restaurant was impeccably clean. We sat at the bar and perused the cocktail menu, and the bartender was highly knowledgeable, answering our questions and offering great suggestions. We took two of those suggestions and ordered the Cadillac and the La Flor margaritas. They were born exquisite, with delicate flavors not drowned out by sugar. The queso dip was a great little appetizer that took us off guard with how delicious it was. They clearly care about quality and service, so we'll be back for a full dinner soon.
Definitely try this place; it's a little gem.
