By far the best authentic Irish pub in the area. The woodwork and charm is straight out of Ireland. They have lots of Irish food and beers to discover with a helpful staff. It's usually busy but with the table lay out unless you are in a both you are sure to make new friends.
A great Irish pub that almost makes you feel like you are back in Ireland! Good food at reasonable prices with a wonderful Irish atmosphere. My family and I sat in the side room just right of the main door as pictured. It was nice that the fireplaces were going on a cold March day that adds to the coziness. The service was quick, the server was great, and the bathrooms were clean (with some authentic Irish music playing too!). The potato leek soup is a fan favorite that goes well with our sandwiches for lunch. One of the best Irish pubs in Illinois I have been to. Can't wait to go back! I also recommend the Quick Thaw as an after meal warm-me-up drink. It is Butterscotch schnapps, Bailey's Irish cream, and coffee that can be topped with some very creamy whip cream.
I feel that the quality of the food has declined sharply since the last time we visited. Our daughter has allergies, and they were having problems accommodating them, explaining that the boxes that their food came in did not have sufficient information to determine if they were safe. Staples like Irish Chips at an Irish restaurant should be made in-house!
Wonderful atmosphere!!!! It is a cute unique bar and they had a great band!!! The atmosphere and people were so fun, welcoming and lively. The food was good for bar food but not really authentic but they made up for it in true Irish hospitality ☘️
Went to Quigley's for dinner last night, and once again we were not disappointed! I see a lot of people posting about how good the service, and beer, and music is, which it is all phenomenal, but I don't see very many people talking about the food. My wife has been to Ireland, and she says the food is so authentic tasting she feels like she's back in Ireland. I know much of the interior was built in Ireland, and I love the Pub atmosphere! We had some leftovers, and can I say, I've never had better reheated leftovers in my life!! A day old and the food is still amazing! Thanks Quigley's for yet another great dinner date!
