Excellent food! Solid above average hot pot. Very spacious seating. Took ~45min to get seated and a while to get the check and pay but the atmosphere is lovely and there is self serve soft serve while you wait/ after you eat.
We ordered different kinds. Liked their varoetvar of meat, shrimp and fish balls, all high quality and fresh. Many options on other items. Very tasty soup base. Clean and nice environment. Good service. Best in the area.
We went with a party of six people and it was our first time. We hardly had any guidance from the staff and we had to keep bothering them for water, napkins, order refills.
The broth is supposed to be the best part but I wasn't impressed. The portions were huge and I was worried we wouldn't finish it all. There's a charge if you leave food behind.
They do have free ice cream that's included but it wasn't very good.
The BEST service ever. The entire staff is amazing and friendly. They always treat my family like their own. Wong, Jenny, Jason, He, Adam, and all the servers go above and beyond customer satisfaction. The best part about Happy Lamb is that they actually have an employee by the name of Disel. That’s worth going there on its own. I love Happy Lamb , thank you Wong and Jenny.
This place is is loads of fun. The whole hot pot concept really allows for a communal experience, which is great for sharing with close friends and family. The food variety is respectable, and it all ends up tasting very good. Meat is thinly sliced so cooking time doesn't take long at all. Also, it's completely up to you as to what and how much you order, making this place better (and more affordable) than competitors like The Melting Pot. One thing to note is you will not eat that much food. The hot pot experience of cooking food yourself and continually ordering more servings really takes time. In other words, you eat food slowly, so you fill up on less food than you would if you ate all at once. This also makes it more affordable and a better entertainment experience with groups. Lastly service can be slow. Sometimes your orders will take too much time, or servers don't deliver water away. I understand that it's mostly on the customer to cook their own food, so the least you could do is deliver their orders as quickly as possible.
