Sharko's BBQ

Excellent barbecue. I had the Judges Plate, where you get 3 oz brisket, 3 oz pulled pork. 2 ribs and one side. I added the smoked links and an additional side. The meat was very tender and you can ask for more or less smoke. Plenty of flavor yet you can add sauce. My favorite was either the Sassy (Sweet Memphis Style) or Shark Bite (Sassy with Heat). Went to this BBQ restaurant with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised! Great BBQ at a Texas BBQ level, but in Naperville, IL.

I couldn't decide what to get so I got the combination plate and was not disappointed. The pulled pork was my favorite of the meats and I loved taste testing the different barbeque sauce at the table. My favorite sauce was the pig juice. Delicious! The brisket want excellent as well. This will go into my regular rotation of restaurants when I'm in town.

The food was good, atmosphere and staff was friendly. Ordered the brisket 6 oz ..mac and cheese ..with a extra side of mac, a shiner bock beer green beans and potatoes 21 bucks. Overall i would go back

Great food! Reasonably priced especially considering the time and effort that goes into the cooking meat and making the sides, not to mention the free summer pickles and free ice cream! All BBQ sauces exceed expectations. I’ve had BBQ from all over including Texas and Arkansas. Sharko’s is the best I’ve had.

Good food. A bit pricey. I don't like how picky they are weighing the meat by the ounce. I wish they just offered easy to order combos with sides, but they are like scale nazis. Food is great tho. Recommend.
