    Customer service was great! They were patient, kind, helpful and upbeat. They were quick. I had a big order, I requested separate bags for each meal and was accommodated without issue. The food was good also!

    Italian Beef is Delish. Jumbo hot dog is truly a Chicago hot dog! Cheese fries are yummy. Chocolate cake is such a treat. If you've never had Portillo's, you'll be a lifer after trying it. Enjoy!

    Portillos is very good food, and with a huge menu, you have a great selection of food. Everything on the menu is great but a few of my favorites are their hot dogs (everything on it), the Italian beef and cheddar on a croissant (with hot peppers), and if you want to go a little healthier the chopped salad is a great delicious option. For dessert their chocolate cake is AMAZING highly recommend.

    The best dogs in town, par none! Consistently clean with fast, friendly service. Wonderful salads with lots of variety and the French bread on the side is delicious. All around great Italian sandwiches and meals. Did I mention the Italian beef sandwiches? I've never tasted better! And don't forget to try their famous chocolate cake...it will make your mouth happy!
