Nautical Bowls

So I have a thing for açaí or other fruit bowls, and I travel all around different states, and always have a bowl for lunch. Anyway, Nautical bowls is hands down the best tasting and ingredients out there. I’ve tried so many different places it’s crazy, and it always comes down to Nautical. One place in entire IL that comes close to this is Lolo’s bowls in Libertyville. But that’s about it. Try this place u will love it. I buy the biggest bowl for my entire family and we’re satisfied. It’s expensive but u pay for what u get. Don’t forget to get almond butter on top for complete experience. They squeeze their almond butter right there and then. Nothing from a jar.

Went here with our family of 11 after an awesome class at Yoga6. Doug was AH-MAZING! He talked us through our choices and was patient with all of my questions. In the end, I chose one of his favorites...Blue Bay Bowl with fresh almond butter. For sure, make a stop and see Doug for a refreshing And healthy treat. You won't regret it!

I love Nautical Bowls!! The blue is me and my bfs favorite flavor! Love to get the paddle bowl! I added some vanilla chia seeds and the almond butter is one of my favorite toppings, and the honey drizzle! I would go all the time when I lived in Minnesota, so I was so excited to see one when I moved to Illinois! I gave the other location a 5 star the only reason this one is 4/5 is because my bowl was freezer burnt and made it taste not good. I was a little disappointed honestly, I hate to have this problem at my local location because I would love to keep coming but not if I can’t eat it, hopefully it’s easily fixed for the future. I love the environment in each store, and the little questions in the jars on the table, absolutely love that!

Great new place, my first time here.
The Nautical Bowls are delicious and it's hard for me to wrap my mind around the fact that these are a meal, not desert.
Prices are a little spendy and I feel they should add one more smaller size of maybe 8 oz.?
We had the smallest size they make and it's a 12 oz bowl. It's a lot and hard to finish it all. Can't even imagine going with the bigger sizes unless you plan to share with someone.
Gluten and dairy free, so a perfect place.
Small store, so not a lot of seating inside.
Lines can be long at times.
