Starbucks

I go to this Starbucks because they always make my order correct now that we can’t pour our own creams and sugars. I order a tall iced coffee no classic syrup 2 splendas with 1/2 half and half.
NIKKI was great! She offered to make me a drink to try an Iced decaf breve latte for free to try and see if it tasted the same. It did! She said it was easier to order that way and comes decaf ( I nurse I only get a little one to not get so much caffeine ) I was just blown away that she offered that and to help me so times to come I can correctly get what I really want! So all in all shout out to Nikki who went above and beyond for me just to help out her customer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They don't have a progress in place for contactless interaction through drive thru. When I asked the cashier she said "we do... we hold the cup towards the bottom" smh lol

Would have been 5 stars, however I ordered hot food and received the food about a minute after ordering, 5 minutes later received the Carmel Macchiato... Slow even for Starbucks. Food good, coffee good, service slow

It was my first time at this particular Starbucks. It's a really nice store, somewhere inbetween a regular store and a reserve. There's a great mixture of seating: small short bar, comfortable chairs, tall tables and chairs, and 4 sets of regular tables. The tables have outlets next to them. When I was placing my order, a barista who was busy with something said he would take my order one second. He left me standing for 3 minutes, until his manager came rolling her eyes at him and came to take my order instead. Awkward. Also the music and noises, specifically when they slide the door of the ice bin, are really amplified because everything echos in the store.
