The line late on a Friday afternoon was really long. Had to start on Taft, go once around the building in an outer circle and then an inner circle line. I got a chicken sandwich combo with coleslaw instead of fries. The sandwich was yummy but would have been even better with pickles or something else tangy. The coleslaw was pretty plain, not much flavor. I didn't like that everything was packaged in styrofoam boxes and that the plastic cups weren't recyclable. On the plus side, they had a friendly staff and seemed super organized.
I'm sure the chicken is good but the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot like it was the only food left on earth. This company knows how to advertise. Please support a family owned, local restaurant instead of a giant company like this one. Companies like this are destroying the fabric of American society, I'm sure they are good people but they are without question putting mom and pop restaurants out of business. Is this the kind of world you want to live in? It is far better to support a business owned by someone that actually lives in your community. If you keep eating here, that person no longer has money to put food on the table for their family. This company doesn't need my review because they already have 500 locations and millions of dollars. Support your neighbors instead.
Welcome to our town, Fantastic Customer Services.
Overall pleasant experience. I have a Cane's fanatic, so I will go to as many openings as I can, so being third in line on opening day was great. I got the Naked Bird styled tenders and they were perfectly made. However, the toast lacked butter and the fries lacked the needed amount of salt. I am so excited for this new Cane's so close to my home!
