Rt 38 BBQ

We tried Rt38 BBQ for the first time this evening. Let me start with the staff Scott Melissa were very friendly and Scott the owner was very nice. They gave us a little bit of everything to try and it was all good. I am quite particular about ribs and I always order dry rub pork ribs when trying a place for the first time because you can cover a lot if they are slathered in sauce. These dry rub ribs were really good they have a really good pull off the bone bite. I also tried the brisket and burnt ends. Both were very good. We will certainly be going back frequently. Dan the only thing I will suggest is to better advertise and say exactly where you’re located on rt38. I am a native Glen Ellyner so knew right where you are, but someone looking for you from a different area may struggle a bit t find you. Thanks, can’t wait to go back.

Not a bbq fan by any means. But when I say I could eat the burnt ends every day, I don't exaggerate. Rib tips are so tender and juicy.Honestly it tastes so good, you don't need the sauce. It's an added benefit. Love the food!!!!

I ordered the beef brisket today and it was seriously the best brisket I have ever eaten. It was so tender that it melted in my mouth. I will definitely order it again!

Located inside Lee n' Eddies Catering at Pickwick Place Plaza (the same plaza as Trader Joe's and PJ's Camera & Photo), Rt 38 BBQ is VERY good - and the people running it are VERY nice. A winning combination! We enjoyed our first pick-up tonight of brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends and some tasty sides and dessert - and we'll be back soon! Highly recommended -

I had the full spread here and it’s very tasty. My wife and I have dined in and also catered this BBQ for a family party. Both times we ate it we absolute cleaned our plates. We will be back!
