Wendy's

I love Wendy's friendly people. Food was great, no problems there. I will go again.

While I like the Wendy's food, I've been increasingly disappointed in the consistently slow service, and the atmosphere that is suggestive of questionable levels of sanitation (this is at several locations in the area). At the same time McDonald's has continued to measurably improve it's efficiency while also creating an environment that feels like cleanliness is valued. I like Wendy's food better, but I've been considering going to McDonald's instead, for the above mentioned reasons. Really the only thing that keeps me at Wendy's is that McDonald's doesn't have a spicy chicken sandwich equivalent.

This is a great store. It only loses a point because the burgers aren't great. I know it's a matter of opinion. The salads are the best. The cleanliness of the store is good. Service is always fast. I like the management. They seem to always be around. They always make me feel welcome. Parking can get a little crowded.

I love Wendy's since the free style machines and better fries. One important note. The maple bacon chicken is not as great as it sounds. It is a maple MUSTARD sauce and thus much different tasting than expected. Not a fan.
