(March 6, 2019, 8:16 pm)This panera is not the best one in the area. I tried to purchase a meal at the kiosk and since one was broken, there was a line for the only other one. I though the point of the kiosks were to eliminate the lines at these places. When I got there, the kiosk could not read my card, or my friends card for about 5 tries. I had to go to the actual cash register. Not fun.
My meal also took forever to come out. How long does it take to make a salad? The other person I was with was already finished with their meal by the time I got mine. The food itself was good, but I waited too long for it.
The other small detail is the parking. It’s super tight to get in and out and you’ll see an empty spot only to realize that it’s marked reserved for online orders. -
