Starbucks

I was trying to be adventurous and tried a new drink from Starbucks. Unfortunately I didn't like it and had to go back. The baristas there were all very understanding and fixed my order by giving me something else. They were all very helpful and kind. Francesca helped me out with my order and was patient with all of my questions. Those girls were so sweet and made sure that my day was better when I left and were all upbeat and joyful. They made my day so much better ! Was very nice to see a little bit of sunshine from them during this time.

I called ahead to make sure they weren't out of matcha powder because other locations have been out lately #quarantine! The person on the phone gave off such a positive energy! I went through the drive through around noon and the staff had the BEST attitudes and their happiness was contagious! Also my drink was made perfectly!

I love this store. I came in yesterday during a busy time of day with a complicated order (6 drinks!), but they didn't bat an eye. They were quick, professional, and just all around sweet. The staff here is fun and personable. I would recommend this store to anyone!
