    We have been hesitant for several months to go out because, quite frankly, we can prepare a better meal at home for a fraction of the cost. I don't mind paying for quality but we haven't found that in a restaurant in some time now.
    Eddie Merlot's finally broke that streak for us. Everything was amazing. I had the Filet del Mar and my partner had the New Orleans Grill. Delicious. Perfect portion, cooked to perfection, and wonderful flavors. Get one of the Chef's Faves to include the salad for just a few dollars more.
    Thank you for wonderful date night. We will be back!!

    Very good traditional steak and seafood restaurant. Great service. Quiet enough for good conversation. Nice wine list.

    5 star food and atmosphere, 4 star service. Asked if we were celebrating anything (which we were) and then didn't do anything special. Also missed a step or two with basic service, which was surprising.

    Excellent service, excellent menu, excellent food, at $70 to $150 per adult for a complete meal including appetizer, drinks and dessert. Children's menu is much cheaper. We were here, 3 adults, 2 children early at 5:30 PM and warmly received. Wait staff was patient with our slow decisions and attentive to our needs even as the restaurant filled. Food portions were satisfying and without excess, except for the carrot cake which easily served 3. Regular coffee is served by French press. This is a delightful place for a special occasion or even a regular date if your budget can handle the price.
