    Today when I went it was the very beginning of phase 3 in Illinois during covid-19 shutdown. They did a great job. Line was about 10 cars deep when I got there but it moves fairly quickly. They did not take my card but rather I put it in the machine myself and did not have to enter a pin. They used other receptacles to give me my drinks. Previously they had handed it to me in a tray but today they put each individual drink in a larger mug so we did not touch.

    The staff here is always so nice. We got to enjoy a puppuccino! A happy pup and a delicious javachip!

    Baristas knew regular customers and greeted them by name with a smile. My order came quickly. The baristas were nice and had smiles on their faces. The employee who was going to go on break stopped to take our order before he left. Another employee paid my change so that I didn't have to put it on my card.
