KFC

You get what you pay for here. I prefer this over Popeyes. Their chicken is always on point and the mashed potatoes are my favorite.

We have a large order and they get it right. Most places don't and they don't care when you tell them it's wrong. KFC. Cares and wants to make you happy and it shows

James is an excellent example of customer service. He came to my car with the food, but was an extra 2 minutes late in doing so. He apologized for the delay but he had wanted to make sure everything was hot when he brought it out so he waited for everything to be fresh before bringing it to me. He was courteous and gracious and a shining example in an industry where this is the exception.
