Great food. Good quality. Ordered the restaurant week deal with cheese, Salad, entree, and chocolate fondue. Weird location but inside is nice and clean
Just went recently for our anniversary. I booked a table online just in case. I put the occasion was for our anniversary. The staff all signed a card for us. Really nice. Food was great and service was Great!
Delicious fondue but be sure to make a reservation, even if you do it seconds before walking in the restaurant door. I attempted to eat here with one other person at 4:45 on a Saturday. Visiting the restaurant in person without a reservation, we were told the earliest opening they had was 8pm. We were both in disbelief as the restaurant was nearly empty. We asked if we could sit in the completely empty bar and they again said the first available was 8pm. The attitude of both hostesses was snotty, for lack of a better term. Sensing something was off, I walked out the door and checked the online reservation system. Unsurprisingly, there were seatings available every half hour from 5 to 8pm. We walked back in and were immediately sat after verifying the reservation I had made only seconds prior. The hostesses never acknowledged a thing and acted like we hadn't just been speaking moments before. I talked to the manager when she stopped by later in the night. "Sometimes that happens" she said dismissively and tried to explain, poorly, how seating works in a restaurant. I served in restaurants for years but never one where we'd rudely turn away customers while still accepting reservations for the same exact time online. To be fair, she said they had new employees and would incorporate this in their training but she neither apologized nor acknowledged how this could be frustrating and insulting to customers. Our server, food, and experience once seated was great, but the hostesses and management leave a lot to be desired for a restaurant that easily runs $50 a person.
Overall Really great, this is our favorite place to celebrate birthdays over the years. Sarah was great and food is always good. Only complaintwas being seated my two groups of obnoxious children ????
The experience was really cool. The opportunity to enjoy time with family or friends is what you're paying for. Cooking your meal yourself with those at your table is different. The staff is helpful, friendly and patient. However, the food and drinks are overpriced.
