Came here for a work meeting. The atmosphere was what you would expect of a Panera. Clean, comfortable, etc. Coffee price wasn't too terrible either. But was very surprised at how slow the internet was. Normally I would not place such high weight on this but Panera clearly promotes a relaxing plug and chug environment. Internet was so slow I resorted to my hotspot. If it weren't for this, I would have added another star.
Loved it! Food is delicious and healthy. Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.
It would be helpful if the employees were more educated on what was vegan/dairy free! One employee wasn’t sure what I meant when I asked for the vegan milk options and listed skim milk as an option. When I asked about the bakery items she didn’t know and asked another employee next to her. “Are any of the bagel options vegan?” She quickly replied “no!” so I did simple search on the Panera website and found the answer my myself, in fact many of the bagels they had there were suitable! Missed a sale there. As more and more people are eating vegan and as food allergies are a real concern, it would be helpful if the employees were better educated on order to inform customers accurately. And if they had a handy guide at the check out to reference that would be great too. I shouldn’t have to be googling on my phone, Panera break employees should have access to those answers.
Pros: Parking garage next to location alleviates main lot mess shared with CVS. Ample room inside to sit. Kiosk ordering is useful when long lines cause a wait. Some employees are well mannered and appear to work at an efficient pace. I've never had a bad meal from here (although it's soups, salads, and sandwiches so there shouldn't be any issues ever).
Cons: This places runs out of bagels far too quickly. Whomever is in charge of ensuring there are fresh bagels and other baked good is doing their job quite poorly. There are rarely everything bagels and sometimes only one type of bagel present at peak times. (1030 AM). The cost benefit of the food is not good. The quality is decent but the cost is expensive. Certain employees seem apathetic and clueless at times. I've also frequently not received spread for my bagel orders which compounds the problem of their lack of choices mentioned above. The cookies have gone down hill as well.
