Unfortunately the employees here are unfriendly 99% of the time. To be fair they’re normally incredibly busy, but some days a smile and just utilizing good manners can go a long way. They get 3 stars for getting my orders right at least.

Quick polite service both inside and drive through. Keep your eyes open when approaching from east or west. Turn at light near Chase Bank and AMC Yorktown. Easy to miss, so be prepared.

I decided to have some tea this morning because I was feeling under the weather. I asked for a large green tea and pulled up to the drive through only to find that the person had made an iced green tea rather than a hot green tea. I didn't mention that I wanted a hot green tea specifically so it was my fault, so I kindly asked the drive through person (who I thought was the manager) for a hot tea, fully expecting to pay for another one. She had me pull up to the parking space and said she would bring me out a hot tea. I thought that was so nice, and then when she came out she brought me a free doughnut as well! It's the little things in life, and I'm grateful that there is still good customer service around! Best Dunkin' I've been to.
