    The manager there I have dealt with over a year and she is the nicest girl ever so nice and friendly every time I come in. The shift leader is absolutely terrible rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers so are a couple other of the employees . Kahn is the nicest employee they have. Those two are the only reason why I am giving it 4 stars.

    We ordered coffee and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was too sweet for my friend. We asked for a hazelnut coffee. They happily changed it.

    The employees are always nice and have good customer service skills.I have yet to receive a wrong order. Keep up the great work. I would give 5 stars but the parking lot is a bit undesirable and slightly hard to maneuver because of the location.
