Great food and super friendly service. This restaurant has only family style, so you're out of luck if you don't want the same dinner as your spouse, significant other, kid, buddy, whoever. The "small" portions serve three, and the large portions serve five. So you will be stuffed when you leave! And you will pay dearly for all that food too. This is not a bargain restaurant, but it's not really fancy or high-end either. Basically you're paying for genuinely good food and really large portions. If you are a party of two and you get drinks and an appetizer in addition to your huge three-person entrée, you should expect to pay in the $100 range and not need to eat again for a day or two. If this sounds good to you, you can't do better than Buca di Beppo.
Always consistent, delicious Italian food. Make reservations to eat in the kitchen for a unique experience. Or bring a group and eat in "The Pope room". I love the spaghetti and the meatballs are to die for! Portions are huge and sharing is recommended but if you have questions the excellent wait staff will answer them all. Be sure to ask for a quick tour of all the various rooms full of Italian American nostalgia.
Food awesome as always. Bar service before dinner not so much, bartender left after making drinks, table was ready, rest of party went to table, had to wait at bar for five minutes to pay, terrible. Also $15 for a piece of cheesecake is just nuts. Will still go back, not waiting at bar for table again!
Fair prices for the quantity of food they give you. I personally dislike the flavor of the olive oil they give with the free bread. I prefer butter with the bread. The bread itself is tasty.
The pasta dish was not impressive. My son and I shared the Fettuccine Alfredo dish that had broccoli and red bell peppers. I thought they put an excessive amount of sauce on the noodles and the flavor of the Alfredo sauce itself was lacking. Olive Garden's Alfredo sauce is much better in flavor IMO.
I would hope they would remove the naked photos they have on the walls in the restroom. Quite inappropriate for an establishment such as this one. Some aspects about various cultures need not be embraced; I think open nudity is one of them; let's embrace modesty and keep nudity behind closed doors and between the husband and their wife in Jesus' name. Amen?
I actually don't plan on eating here anymore.
This place is delicious! The staff is excellent too. All things on the menu are superb. I highly recommend the Manicotti. Best I ever had! There is a long wait on the weekends but it's worth it ! Go there with a few people as Buca isn't shy with their portions ????.
