Pizza Hut

Relatively small Pizza hut and no tables to dine in just order on phone and come to pick up. Taste is good service is okay parking is available it is open till late night.

I have been to this Pizza Hut for both pick up and delivery. The majority of the time they are great, but when they screw it up, they go all out.

Our food usually arrives fresh and hot, the delivery drivers are friendly, and the time frame given at the time of order is typically within a few minutes of when the food arrives. We use online ordering and our order is always correct.

However, we did have one pretty bad screw-up. We live very close to the location and tend to order at busy times, so it usually takes about an hour, which is fine. That day, an hour passed. Okay, they're running late. At 1h30m, I called the restaurant to see where the pizza was. I was told it was just now being made and would be there soon. At 2h, I called again and was told there had been a big mix-up, my order had not been put in, and they would throw in a free big cookie and deduct the delivery fee. I like that they made it right, but for a 2+ hour wait, my meal should have been comped or at least significantly discounted.

Overall, though, it's great for what it is: decent fast-food pizza for a quick dinner on a busy night.
