I really enjoyed my visit here. First off, the service was excellent. My server, whose name I have forgotten (please forgive me), was right on top of the table and paid attention to everything that was going on, even though there were ten of us.
I must first pay attention to the beer selection, which was outstanding. I'm a big fan of craft beers, and old pour House had a number of local craft breweries on tap, which really made my day.
Second up was the entree menu, which was incredible. I had the pork chop, a 10 oz bone-in pork chop with smoked-cured apple slices and a wonderful glaze' that was out of this world. I can't recommend it enough.
I had two flights of their craft beers and could not have been happier. Several were on nitro, and that made things even better.
All in all, I cannot recommend Old Pour House enough. You should definitely check it out as soon as possible.
The only downside of the seating is that you are really close to other tables. The upside is that they have so much different seating options. You can sit outside or inside, in different rooms. This restaurant does not feel like a restaurant, but as if you were at a private home. It is laid back and has a great vibe. The food that I had was very good. I enjoyed the filet, it was done exactly to my liking (medium-rare) and had a bit of char on the outside. The fries were absolutely delicious. The marrow butter was really good.
My dining party was very happy with their entrees and deserts and drinks.
