Shake Shack

This was a place we decided to stop by since we was heading to the movies. We are glad we stopped. The place doesn't look like a place I would look at from the street and say I want to try that but once inside I got a different feel. The food was actually really good. The burgers tasted good the fries was perfectly seasoned I got cheese fries. I also got the cookies and cream shake she got the toffee sea salt something thing like that. It was all very delicious and will definitely go back when I visit the area again.

This Oak brook location had such great customer service. All the employees were very friendly and nice. We got our food very quick and they even gave the kids free ice cream. I have been to shake shack in the city before but the Oak brook location was another experience. My kids and I enjoyed every moment there. I definitely will be a returning customer.

The food was decent. The employees seem to having a great time with each other, but not very interested in helping the customers. I placed my order through Shake Shacks app. It was sitting waiting for me, but took a while for one of the employees to see me and give it it to me. They didn’t check the order so my custard and drink were missing.

Amazing food. The burgers are great. I definitely recommend the cheese fries. The place is very new and looks very modern. There was a lot of people when we came here so either get the food to go or try and find a table(keep in mind there were like 5 other families looking for tables). Great ambiance!

This is my very favorite restaurant now!! I am so addicted to the Shack Burger, I love it!!! The fries are great and the White Mocha Shake is to die for. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff is so friendly and polite. It’s a wonderful experience on every visit. I highly recommend Shake Shack in Oak Brook. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
