Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center

Located outside of Chicago in the burbs, this hotel is nestled in a well maintained golf course. The hotel was very nice including the lobby, rooms and Conference space. The front desk staff is top notch. The rooms are spacious and bed was very comfortable

The restaurants offer a nice menu and the food is very tasty

My only complaint was the lack of attention to detail with housekeeping. They didn’t leave wash cloths for example

The manager addressed this in a nice way however they definitely need to pay more attention to this in the future

This Hilton is on a gold resort, that doesn’t mean it’s all about golf. I was in Chicago for a weekend and this place had a cheap rate and great rooms. Honestly surprised with the bang for my buck we got with this place and I would definitely stay there again when in the Chicago area. Highest rated hotel for under 100 a night on Expedia. Also good because free parking near Chicago or the suburbs is rare.

Very clean hotel. The room was very nice. Could have used some more water pressure in the shower, but that's typical of any hotel. I was in a meeting there, and would say that they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They didn't refill the water pitchers on the tables until they were asked to. They didn't bus the tables. That's the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! Customer service at it's best! Thank you Stephanie for helping my friend and I and our munchkins have an enjoyable evening. So helpful and accommodating. Next time, we're going directly through you for our stay! You deserve employee of the year!
