Place is inside a food court. We arrived around 10:30 and they had all the vegan offerings still there. Everything was good. We got three vegan donuts and a regular one. Server took the time to switch what she was using to get the regular to the vegan donuts. Very nice.
I was on a Visit to Chicago from Canada (ontario) and I stopped by . It was my best thing happened and I hope we have the same place in Canada 🇨🇦 . The decoration is very cute and the food very delicious with no single mistake. I can easily give them million star. The one who served me is Andrew p. Thanks.
I went to Stans Donuts & coffee today. And I had a taste for their lemon & pistachio donut but it was all sold out. There was this kind young man he is a cashier his name is Dee. He said come in the early morning to get more selections of donuts that you like.
I had just come from the hospital my doctor ran tests for me. I have Lupus & I’m diabetic and I was having a bad day. But Dee was so kind, talking, friendly & smiled at me.
I said “Keep Smiling” & God bless. Thanks so much Dee” I give Dee 5 stars. Come check Stans Donuts & coffee at Oakbrook mall.
I never get disappointed with the quality of Stan's products. But today, I was definitely disappointed in the quality of service I received from an employee named, Chris H. After I asked him to repeat my order just to double check before paying, he gave me attitude and repeated my order back to me "well that's what you ordered wasn't it?" This is not the type of customer service anyone should hire, i was only asking a simple question. Baristas should know better than to be rude in the morning before serving someone their coffee...
