True Food Kitchen

I’ve been waiting for a True Food to open in the suburbs. It was definitely worth the wait. Having been to other locations I can say that Oak Brook is my favorite location. Each time I didn’t have a long wait to be seated, the servers were attentive, and the food was served hot and fresh. There are options for different dietary requests. I eat plant based and I enjoy all of the vegan options on the menu. There are options and what I like most is the food served is based off of the anti inflammatory diet. I’m glad that there is a True Foods closet to me.

Truly an amazing dining experience! The menu is inspired by Dr. Andrew Weil in which the food is planned based upon a non-inflammatory diet. Food is delicious and doesn’t leave you feeling horrible. The staff is helpful and engaging, making for an awesome experience

I’m happy True Food Kitchen finally made it to Oakbrook & now I don’t have to drive all the way to Chicago. The food is consistently delicious ???? & the service was good, quick and friendly. Today I had the Charred Cauliflower & Ancient grains bowl ???? their Vegan ???? and you can hardly tell the difference. I like that I can bring people here that eat meat or are Vegan & everyone will be satisfied. It’s a tasty way to eat out. Hopefully soon they will add more vegan ???? items to the entrée items.

The service was courteous and prompt. We were seated quickly. Our drinks were ordered and quickly delivered. The steak tacos and fish tacos were delicious. The butternut squash was very tasty. Everything was fresh healthy and clean. The bathrooms we're clean, the seating was not crowded together, the booth was comfortable. I can not find a single thing I didn't enjoy dining. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out was a pleasant experience.
