“Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had including soft buttery biscuits that rival the ones I’ve had in Atlanta, a spicy breakfast burrito, and fresh squeezed orange juice! On top of that, the service was excellent. The chef was on top of it running around and cooking everything fresh. Woman at register lovely and so helpful. Coffee is good. Well run place with people who seem like they care. We left our Christmas Eve family breakfast early to sneak away here to eat a second time 😂 Also, if you’re worried about eating in a gas station, it is very clean and bright with windows. There is ample seating. COME HERE! ITS AWESOME!”

“Legit. Not kidding. Yeah, in a gas station between cigars and Twinkies. But you need to at least give this place a try. Were they the best tacos I've ever had? No, but I went here because my normal place was closed and they are just as good. And I'm giving 5 stars cuz they have maximized what they are working with. I'd recommend getting them to go because, yeah you don't want to eat in the gas station. But we need to get these guys some business so hopefully one day they can upgrade to a strip mall 🤣😜. “This is the best ramen in the area, hands down. The atmosphere is so calm and friendly, which is great for a sit down lunch/dinner. The staff was incredible, I was coughing due to swallowing wrong and the man immediately asked if I needed water and brought it over to me, which I appreciated greatly. The ramen was delightful. The broth was perfectly spicy and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The seasoned egg was my favorite part. It was incredible. This place is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. ♡”

“This location took a good while to open up for business. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The rootbeer float was pretty good perfect amount of sweetness not overpowering. The cheese curds were good nothing spectacular. The cheese curds at Culver's are definitely better. The chicken sliders were equal to McDonald's crispy Chicken sandwich maybe a step below Popeye's chicken sandwich. The straw in the large root beers are not tall enough, it is kind of a nuisance to keep on picking it out of the float cup. The papa sauce tastes like a mixture of chipotle aioli and thousand Island dressing.”

“Food is excellent. Butter-tender chicken and beef. Medium sized shrimp cooked perfectly. Their rice is also cooked perfectly which surprisingly I don't find as much as I should at Asian restaurants. Veggies are fresh. This place is almost as good as Ni Hao. But Ni Hao also has Thai and sushi. Best in Elmhurst. Anyhow the service is excellent. The atmosphere is not that great. “Such a wonderful venue to host our daughter’s high school graduation party with inside/open to the outside seating in a reserved section. The owners were wonderful to work with, very accommodating with decorations, graduation cake and such. They had a great suggestion for music and serving a special summer cocktail- basil infused lemonade vodka (adults) - — so yummy and served in mason jars with cute straws- great presentation. We had a budget for dessert and kids loved getting ice cream from Creme. We had a Buffett bar- choice of 4 items off the catering menu. The mini burgers were thick and juicy with choice of cheese and toppings. Sounds funny, but the mostaccoili was so good - even on a hot summer day- baked with some yummy seasoned cheese topping. And my favorite was the slower cooked shredded BBQ chicken on a brioche bun with horseradishes sirracha coleslaw- which you need to put right on the sandwich- the bomb! Our family, friends and my daughter’s friends had a wonderful afternoon celebrating. Would highly recommend for a variety of events. They have more room than you think being able to expand/flow outside with large tent covered areas. Enjoy! Ps - we even had Covid and had to change the date very last minute and Karen and Jack could not have been more accommodating. Give them a call!”

“I love this place and choose them over Starbucks every time. I love thé choices of latte flavors. I’ve had the lavender vanilla which is always a home run and tried the egg custard latte (half-sweet) which was amazing. I’m dairy free and they have plenty of alternative milks to choose from. Oat is my favorite for coffee drinks. I love what they stand for and support (abused women) and love giving my business to companies with great morals. The coffee shop itself is adorable and inside an old house which is light and bright and full of windows. It is a tight squeeze inside but they have outdoor seating and I think an upstairs room as well. Our only complaint was the espresso. My husband ordered a double shot and it was cold and bitter. We don’t know if they made it before my latte (which seemed perfectly warm) and let the espresso sit too long? We did not hear our name called (heard everyone else’s names called) and the person serving left them in a different room and we didn’t know she put them there. So assuming they sat for a while before we realized what happened. Either way we think there seems to be an issue with training employees. Please call names clearly (it’s a very small space, so should not be an issue) and make sure the espresso is very hot and fresh. Also their “mediums” are more like smalls or a Starbucks tall so i felt it was a bit misleading. Otherwise a great place for a cup of joe.”

“I came 15 mins before they closed. I thought they closed later than 8 pm. It’s located inside of the food court. The employees were friendly. Good customer service. Food tasted great. I don’t know if it’s because I came in super late but my chicken to bread ratio was perfect. I read other reviews that it was off. In my opinion, it was on par with Fry the Coop. I ordered the southern style with southern heat. Just the right amount of spicy to make it enjoyable. Chicken was very moist and aperitive. It had the perfect amount of crunch. Mac and cheese was not bland. It was very flavorsome with mild heat. Banana pudding I took off a star because I felt the ratio of shortbread cookie to pudding was off. In the pictures I have, I had way too much shortbread and not enough pudding. It still tasted good but the ratio needs to be rectified.”

“What can I say, other than EXCELLENT! My first time here, but not the last! I started with a Traditional Lime Margarita and chose the Pollo Con Mole for my entree. Soon after my drink arrived, I was served Hot Chips and Salsa (obviously freshly made). The entree was hot and everything had a homemade flavor. Soon after I had a chance to taste everything, the server checked on me be sure everything was to my liking. After the meal, the server told me that he and his brother run the restaurant, with his brother being the chef. I mentioned that I had worked in Houston, TX for a few years and that this restaurant would do extremely well there. (Those of you readers who have eaten in Houston know what I’m talking about.) I saw the chef come out and talk to the patrons. Very rarely to you see such a personal touch as I experienced tonight. The next time that I’m in town, I will definitely have at least one meal here and perhaps a Margarita or three.”
