    Came here as a "second choice" but it quickly became the first choice. The rib tips were very good and the portions were fair. Good destination for a lunch trip.

    Your search for an awesome BBQ spot is over. Awesome food and I wouldnt even call it service, more like good company! We are stuffed!

    Very Good BBQ. Good portions and Friendly staff. like a lot of BBQ place i recommend calling early to have the save thing like ribs and briskets. The said they sale out of some of the menu items at lunch time a lot of time.

    Best Wings I’ve ever had! Ribs were tasty too! Overall great place to eat! If you’re traveling on Route 70 and you’re hungry it’s about 15 minutes off the exit and well worth the trip! I’m glad we stopped!

    This may be a little Lengthy but bear with me. I am a business traveler. Every week I am in a different city and state somewhere in the country. Because of this, one thing I truly enjoy is being able to try different local restaurants instead of big chains.

    I spent a good 17 years or so in Kansas City so I feel like I know my BBQ pretty well. I try my best not to be biased but I do enjoy the sweet Smokey flavors of KC BBQ the best. However, if it’s good, it’s good! I have favorite BBQ joints from all over the country and Smoke Trail BBQ has definitely hit my list.

    I am a fan of good basic BBQ. Let me taste the meat and let the sauce be a condiment. Smoke Trail believes in this and you can definitely tell they have a passion for what they do. The quality of the meat they use to the time and preparation of the meat. I was fortunate to try everything but the brisket (gave up beef for lent). Their Turkey is fantastic, sausage was a great Smokey flavor without being dry and just the right amount of snap on that outer casing, the onion rings are perfectly done and made fresh, the pulled pork was juicy and Smokey and don’t even get me started on the ribs...out of this world good.

    If you have never eaten here do yourself a favor and Follow the Smoke to Smoke Trail, you won’t be disappointed, just make sure you get there before the meat runs out!
