We tried the Impossible burger,it was very good will be coming back to order ot again

About 3 weeks ago a family member placed and order there. It came out really messed up. The chicken was over cooked and the burgers were like old. We called a gave a complaint to the manager. She said they would replace the whole meal. They further tell us that it would be placed on the book for a later reorder.
Went in today to come to find out that there has been a new manager put in the store. Spoke to Catlyin and she proceeded to tell me that there are no books, nor is there any information on our past problem. She took complete and full charge and responsibility of the situation. After that, I would definitely go back there again. Ty ????!!!! You rocked it.
