Tried tonight for the first time. The ribs were delicious. Can't wait to try the other items.
This place is the real deal. I've had BBQ all across Texas from El Paso to Big Bend to Dallas and this place hits it on the head. The brisket has a thick smoke ring and perfect bark. The sauce highlighted the flavors and didn't overpower the meat. Potato salad was full of flavor and had a great zing. Lastly the peach cobbler tasted like it had just come out of a Dutch oven over an open fire. I would track them down as soon as possible and support a delicious local business
I had lunch when they were parked at the T Nails new location. The burnt ends were amazing! Love the potato salad!! It was so good, I ordered supper and picked it up to take home. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out!! Best BBQ around!!!!
