    My daughter and I split a big meal ! It was delicious! I think its one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Carbondale area!

    This was our first visit. The server was prompt and very nice. The salsa was delicious! It is between a puree and chunky blend. I ordered the veggie fajitas and they were bland. The vegetables needed some seasoning. My daughter ordered the chicken fingers and they were overdone. So crunchy that she couldn't bite a couple of them. My husband had fajitas and like them.

    El Paisano is excellent! My son has eaten here often, and the service is always superb and the food always great. This evening, the six of us ordered different dishes, and they were all delicious. The waitstaff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient.

    Great place for lunch, fast service and the best tacos in town. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere has more of a bar feel than a restaurant. Not much of a dinner spot. Parking in front is crowded and the larger lot around the corner is inconvenient. Good food though.
