    Took a hour to get the food. But it’s understandable because of it being a new place. But the food taste amazing although the order was messed up.

    I highly recommend this place great customer service and fresh delicious food with Harolds famous Mild Sauce from Chicago. I grew up on the southside of Chicago I use too always get Harolds from the 87th street location. The Carbondale Harolds is doing the Harolds Family Justice same great taste. And there doing it with love.

    Great food! Meal was hot and fresh and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely reorder often! Highly recommend.

    Also to the 1 star reviewer, Harold's Chicken wasn't even opened at the time. They opened 2 days ago so let it go, you're hurting this business for selfish reasons.

    Amazing Service! I had the 2 piece catfish meal, and it was awesome! Very affordable price as well! I Love Harrolds Chicken!
