    Service bit slow not bad food really good. Nice place to have a dinner or lunch date.

    I have to give McAlister's a 4 out 5 due to the fact they have taken my absolutely favorite sandwich away from their menu. Please, please bring back the "Big Nasty"....

    Got there about 20 mins after they were open. Alot of them just sitting around with hoodies on not doing anything. Was 10 or people waiting. To along time to order and a long time to get food. The food was good but the customer service was lacking.

    Their usually great, but this time that messed up my entire order. Gave me everything that consisted of pork after i told them i didnt eat pork. But their spuds are amazing

    I think McAlister's is better than Panera. The food is more high quality. I'm not a fan of the baked potatoes here, however. They can be more on the dry side. The tea and lemonade is very good, though. I also love how involved they are with the community. McAlister's is always at every SIU football game.
