    Can not beat Pat's BBQ and their Sauce , you will want to go for the lbs and they have all the fixings to go , a must to visit !!!

    Very casual, the food was great, and the owner continually checked on us and played with our son (and as an aside, we felt it was very child-friendly with their menu). We traveled from Springfield, Illinois (3hrs away) and do it often for BBQ in various places across the country. It was worth the drive. I had the brisket, mac n cheese, and pit beans. They have house-made sauces on the table (a mild vinegar base that is a very nice departure from the same ole over the top sweet). I definitely recommend.
