If I could give six stars, I would. My fiance and I eloped here and stayed for the week. Birgit and Slobo are two of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. Both were extremely accommodating and did everything in their power to make our wedding extra memorable.

The views from the Mississippi Suite are STUNNING. I did not want to leave.

Wow. What an incredible experience. We booked the Mississippi Suite with the screened-in porch and panoramic river view. It over-delivered. The sunset. The eagles. The lush green river valley. A lovely room. Whirlpool! And cookies. Plus a beautiful breakfast. Like I said, wow. We’ll be back!

All the special touches of a bed and breakfast with the privacy of an inn. Everything was thought of, down real cream for your coffee in the little fridge in the room. Accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast in the morning, available in your room. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. Very luxurious stay!

I would have given 5 stars but.... I ordered the beef wellington medium rare and it came medium and a bit on the dry side. There was only one young lady working all the tables. She was overwhelmed and the detail to service was a little lacking. We ordered the beef wellington and red snapper. We ordered a chocolate mousse for both of us and that was very good. With tip $140. No appetizers, no salads and no drinks. Probably one of the most expensive restaurants in the area for what you get. I agree with some of the other reviews. There is no background music, and you can hear everyone's private conversations. Didn't care for that much.
