    Excellent hotel. Pricey, but the best location in all of Galena. Definitely worth the premium price. The restaurants at the hotel are good dining options. The hotel is old, but the rooms are up to date and spacious. You have on site parking, which is free with your room. Definitely the best place to stay in Galena.

    Only did a walk through. Great history of Grant, Lincoln and ....ugh...forgot dudes name. Neat place tho.

    Great hotel. Great location. Had room on 2nd floor looking at Main st. Had a blast just watching folks walk by. The staff are so friendly & helpful. Thank you to Lindsey for making us feel so welcome. You seem to love your Job & it shows. We will be back!!

    Beautiful historical hotel! Each room is named for a famous patron. The Courtyard Restaurant (on site) serves breakfast and General's (in the basement) is an excellent dinner spot. You might just get to say "Hello" to the 'Lady in Black'!

    Very cool motel. Polite and helpful staff. Great eats great location great rooms. Very clean. The history behind the hotel is cool. Will stay here again!
