Great experience overall. Staff was friendly, and food was excellent with great presentation. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with the perfect Latin touches! I would definitely go back and recommend to all!
We've been twice since open and think the food is outstanding. Table salsa is amazing and looking forward to the full menu release!
First off, I want to say that I am giving this place 3 stars because I am trying to be understanding that they are a new business. I will say the staff is nice and so is the place. It has been remodeled and looks great! My experience their was underwhelming... Personally, bulldogs food is better and that was disappointing. Also, I was extremely disappointed that my avocados were grabbed with bare hands and served to me that way. I will give them another shot as this is a newer business but there is a lot of work and adjustments to be made. I would not be going back if it were not for this. Not to mention it seems very unorganized as if they rushed to open. I also hear that the owner is not wanting a younger crowd, and it is supposed to be more upscale. If that is the purpose they themselves need to be more upscale.
Had a delightful dinner at the new Blue Agave Cantina where Noonan’s used to be in North Aurora. It was a soft opening so no alcohol or full menu, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. They did an amazing job with the inside ambiance. I felt like I was at a resort restaurant. Staff was attentive and on point. We had the skirt steak. It was grilled perfectly. Definitely recommend! Please give this place a whirl!
So we went to eat, trying to support our local restaurants. We get there and they did not have their alcohol license yet. We were seated right next to another table, was not 6ft apart, we were given paper menus that had already been used and had food spilled on them from prior patrons. Salsa was good, we ordered Guacamole and as we are eating it and needed more chips they inform us they were out. How does that happen? My chicken enchiladas were really good. The steak fajitas my husband had were ok. Lacked flavor he said. The menus also do not explain what each entree is. So you have to ask. Hopefully it is better next time!
