We have been here twice so far - the first time was on opening weekend where we were invited to try the food, and let me tell you - everything we had was amazing. We had the mozzarella logs with the marinara and berry sauce, the Boom Boom shrimp appetizer and I had the burger wrap. It was all spectacular. I just brought my Dad in for an early Father’s Day lunch today and was super excited for him to try the food because my dad LOVES Smash Burgers and considers himself to be quite the aficionado of Burgers (and he is a super picky eater). He was absolutely impressed with not only the Burger but he also loved the Cole slaw and the sweet potato fries. He gave 5 stars! He thanked me profusely for the awesome Father’s Day lunch. Thank You Arctic Wolf! I live in the neighborhood so we will be here many times, definitely recommend to anyone in the area! We will continue to support you!”

“Greeted by friendly staff, place was clean and welcoming. Ordered tacos, torta and a kids cheese burger - All tasty and satisfying. Asked for my Sugar Rimmed Margarita and it was on point - Right amount of ice and liquor. They also have a TV playing music/music videos - not only did it entertained my kids, but I was also enjoying the Spanish music the whole time. There's a playground right by the restaurant too. My kids and I are definitely coming back.”

“One of my sister's favorites ❤️ really good Mexican food ! Service was excellent, food was fabulous. My pescado taco was awesome. Tableside salsa and guacamole went well with chips and everything ♡ The boys had Margaritas and one tasted like 'another' as they say. Our waiter was friendly and we had a Tucson connection. It's a small world when you're welcoming and friendly ♡ Let's keep our local business' welcoming and familiar ❤️ We wanted to sit on the patio, but it was still wet from the rain, but we had a nice table in the restaurant and as I said the waiter, Jonathan was THE BEST ❤️ THE Burritos are huge ! The tacos are yummy and I love their black beans! I'll have to go back next time I'm in town.”

“I was here with a friend this week on Monday morning for breakfast. The place was very clean, the staff was warm and welcoming. I had the breakfast tostados. They were delicious with fresh avocado slices and tasty moist chicken. I asked for crispy hash browns and they were exactly what I hoped they would be. The cook/chef came out and said they had some problems with the potatoes in the last few weeks but mine were from a new batch and I loved them. My friend had the triple berry waffles. She loved them. Both were served hot and promptly. There were only a few people there which is to be expected on a Monday. I'd go back again for sure.”

“We visited Portillo's during their soft opening, and I've got to say that we were very impressed with how efficient the entire service was. The restaurant was extremely busy and full, but we were able to get our large order within 7 minutes. The burgers taste great,and the fries were awesome! “Everything was so delicious!! I have literally trying to get to this place for over a year and it did not disappoint! I had the Apple Gouda Melt and substituted the Ham for Grilled chicken and it was seasoned to perfection! The bread they used just melted in my mouth! My mom had an egg white omelette and she is extremely picky when it comes to her food and even she said "We have to come back here!" Not to mention we arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and the service was still spot on! Our server was great! She was pleasant and very accommodating!! Great 1st experience!”

“I have not been to the Original Assembly in Hoffman Estates in about 20 years. I always remember that as being a great place to eat. I was thrilled when I saw this location opened. I have to say that it was just average. I had the bionic burger. Presentation was great. The pretzel bun was okay (kinda hard). The bacon was plentiful but tough to chew. Sautéed onions were very good. The patty was large and cooked to medium like I asked. Not a whole lot of taste or seasoning but not bad. (Average) Lots of employees. So many they are just standing around by the bar. We did have two jumbo pretzels as an appetizer. Not very jumbo. Even Rookies has a bigger pretzel. Figured something was up when they asked if you want a second one for 2 bucks. Lastly I thought the price was a bit high. 18 bucks for a burger. I think that pricey for an average burger. They do charge 3% if you use a debit or charge card. Would I go back? Probably not for burgers. The Tracks in Cary I still think has an outstanding burger and more cost effective.”

The different kind of classic Edison lights draped around the room is great for the atmosphere. The service was one point and food matched. The refresher “ strawberry hibiscus” I recommend to everyone! Seriously great. Everything came out fresh and hot. “5+3🌟 We were just coming through the area, and we saw the sign It said best barbecue in town. So naturally, being curious we stopped. The owner, Ricardo, was very engaging. He talked about the history of the establishment and it's sister store in California. The tri-tip of course was delicious, so was the chicken, and the pork ribs! The macaroni and cheese was very tasty with white cheddar, the beans were spicy and flavorful. The sauce really wasn't necessary as the meat had a delicious patina. But, the sauce was good. The slaw was not a sweet slaw, very different but enjoyable. And of course they have all sorts of mixed drinks and beer. A very nice four screen setup in the center, will keep you abreast of sports and news. A very inviting atmosphere, and the bathrooms are spotless! And you know what they say, clean bathroom clean kitchen! If you haven't been, you've got to go lol, And I don't mean the bathroom. 🤔🤣 See the pics, I tried to do it justice! They make great burgers, a solid Chicago dog WITH CELERY SALT. (no celery salt, not a Chicago dog) they Aldo have really good sweet potato fries, and that's a rare thing.
