    I don't usually write reviews, but geez. Day staff is usually rude. Manager (I think?) took my order, charged me for extra flavor shots in an iced latte, and what I got back was pretty much 3/4 parts milk and 1/4 parts coffee. No flavor shot at all. Practically no flavor ffs. Only reason I'm giving more than one star is ONE particular member of the night staff.
    When I go, I go at night. Can't remember the dude's name ( I'm sorry, you're incredible!) but he goes above and beyond, super friendly, always makes it exactly how you ask.
    If you're going for coffee, do yourself a favor and go in the evening.
