“The ambiance is wonderful. The restaurant seems very clean and well maintained. The food was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I ordered a burger "pink"... it came 1/2 cooked. 3/4" patty and 1/3" was raw. I would've sent it back but I didn't see the server for 25 minutes. The server was most likely overwhelmed due to lack of proper staffing. It appeared that our server acquires every table that walked in after us and that was over a dozen in about 10 minutes (lunchtime). I would visit this location again as I believe judging them on this one visit wouldn't be fair.”

I would say though, maybe call before going in the morning time because they are a very busy place. I would give 5 stars but sometimes the pizza is a little over cooked(burnt) and I dislike eating burnt pizza. Obviously I don’t want to make a big deal about it and also I’m afraid to take it back and complain and have one of the cooks spit on it or anything of such thing lol. When I walked in I asked her about a slice of pizza and she told me it'd take 15 minutes. Okay, I needed to move my car from the 15 minute parking spot anyway. What started off as an optimistic stop at a place I'd never visited became a downhill slide into poor service. The receipt said - who cares - because if your service sucks this bad your name just really isn't worth mentioning. Don't know how long they've been around but if this is what they deliver I expect this place won't be around much longer. Might be time for a bar makeover. Seriously. For a place with this nice a curb appeal, service should be top knotch. That was not my experience. If the sign reads Papa Saverios - Elgin? PASS. Seriously.. The poor service will ruin your vibe. Go to Pequod's instead.”
