If you like red wine, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful plates, this is it. They have a lovely wine list ad all of the food is locally sourced, beautiful, and delicious. Bring friends and graze for. Couple of hours. Not a place for young kids as they'll not dig the menu and, frankly, just don't bring your kids there, okay? It's for grown-ups. Upscale casual.
We love this place. They have a very nice selection of wines that you don't find elsewhere. We love the tapas style menu. The food itself is quit tasty. The atmosphere is quaint. The cost is reasonable. They have great customer service. Lawrence the owner is there often, very friendly and knows his wines. We recommend there wonderful food and wine pairing they do once a month. Can you tell...our favorite place in town.
Food was very good, tomato soup was a little different but good! FOH staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times but no big deal, they were all very nice. The only reason I gave 4 instead of five is that I asked if they had pepper and was told no..????. Look this is not the end of the world but every place should have pepper. Great price for what you get too. Would recommend you try for yourself.
Lawrence is a good friend of my uncle and Aunt. He is super nice and chill. But you don't have to be friends with him to have a good time. This place is good for dinners with two or a party of 10+. He is making a patio that seats more than 30. It's is a beautiful Restraunt.
The French onion soup was great. Bread pudding was nice. They also did a tasting with three flights. The ambiance was great. There is even a patio space with hot apple cider and you can request for "spirits " to be added. Fire pits and lantern warmers had a group of ten warm. I was also impressed with the knowledge of wine that all of the staff had. It made it easier to select a wine that went my main entree. I ordered the French onion soup followed by chicken pot pie and bread pudding for dessert. The pot pie was a little dry for my taste but the rest was wonderful. The surrounding area was full of wonderful shops. I will return!????????????
